The Pollution Control Committee Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (PCB DNH & DD) on April 01, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Submission of Annual Bio-Medical Waste Reports and Authorization Compliance
The following has been stated namely: -
• All Health Care Facilities (HCFs) and industrial units in DNH & DD generating biomedical waste must submit the Annual Report (Form-IV) for 2025 (Jan–Dec) along with Accident Report (Form-I), including NIL reports.
• The deadline for submission of the Annual Report is June 30, 2026.
• Units with expired or no Bio-Medical Waste Authorization must immediately apply for grant/renewal through the online portal.
• Submission and compliance must follow the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
• Non-compliance will lead to action under applicable environmental laws and regulations.
